Order Status & Tracking

Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse via third-party couriers.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

By placing an order, you authorize parcels to be left at your delivery address.

Once delivered, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes reflect courier transit time only and exclude order processing.

Orders typically process within 3-4 business days (longer during sales or holidays).

Delivery estimates may vary due to location, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship on or after the estimated date shown on the product page.

In-stock items will ship immediately and pre-orders will ship separately.

Pre-orders may take up to 12 weeks

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer traditional exchanges — if you need a different item, please return your order and place a new one. All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns are issued as store credit unless otherwise stated. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Pre-order items are final sale unless stated otherwise. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we are not liable for lost or delayed return shipments. Returned items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused or returned to the customer.

For international orders, duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees, return shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Missing or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives missing items or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@felicityworldwide.com with your order number and clear photos of the items received. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.

We are not responsible for missing items reported after the order has been marked as delivered without sufficient evidence. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
